1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return under the following conditions:
Accepted Return Reasons:

TV or electronic item is not functioning on first use
Non-Returnable Cases:

Product used, installed or altered from original packaging

Physical damage caused after delivery

Opened furniture or custom-made items (unless damaged on arrival)

Minor scratches or dents not affecting performance
2. Return Time Frame

VU TVs & Electronics: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Furniture & Custom Items: Returns accepted within 3 days only for visible transit damage or manufacturing defect
3. Conditions for Return

Product must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging

All original accessories, remote, cables, manuals, warranty cards must be included

Returns are subject to inspection by our technician or delivery team
4. Refund Process

Once the return is approved and picked up, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking)

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after verification
5. Exchange Policy

In case of a defective unit, we offer a one-time free replacement of the same model if available in stock

If out of stock, refund will be offered
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no charges

If shipped, cancellations are not allowed and must be processed as a return
